Kiwanian of the Day: Lloyd Eastburn

The Kiwanis Club of Watseka met for their weekly luncheon Monday at Celebrations in downtown Watseka. Kiwanian of the Day was Bob Burd, pictured on the left. Bob’s special guest was Lloyd Eastburn, a retired Air Traffic Controller. Lloyd presented a unique perspective of being an air traffic controller at O’Hare International Airport. Lloyd is also pictured in the 1970 version of World Book Encyclopedia, page 230.
